Terms of sale
These terms apply to every order placed on hot-shop.org.
Seller

1. Ordering
You choose goods on the site, add them to the cart and submit the order. The order is confirmed by our manager, who contacts you using the details you provided. A contract is concluded when we confirm the order and, for delivery, receive your payment.
2. Prices
Prices are shown in your local currency (USD, EUR, PLN, RON, RUB or BYN depending on the language) together with the amount in USDT. At the payment step the amount is recalculated at the current rate and fixed for the payment session. All goods are new and original unless stated otherwise.
3. Payment
We accept only cryptocurrency: USDT and USDC. For delivery you can use the ETH, BSC, ARB and TRX networks; for in-person meetings, USDT on the ETH network. Send the exact amount to the address shown; payments sent to a wrong network or address cannot be recovered by us. Cards and bank transfers are not accepted.
4. In-person meetings and AML
In Warsaw, Bucharest and Minsk you can meet our courier, inspect the device and pay on the spot. For meetings an AML check of the funds is required in advance. AML is not required for delivery orders.
5. Delivery
We ship worldwide by courier (DHL, UPS, FedEx, DPD, GLS and others) at our expense. We confirm courier availability for your country after you place the order. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery; please inspect the parcel on receipt and report visible damage immediately.

We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs or blockchain networks beyond our control. We may update these terms; the version published on the site at the time of your order applies.
