Name, contact details (Telegram or phone, email for delivery), delivery address or meeting place, order contents and the blockchain transaction of your payment. We do not collect card data because we do not accept cards.
Why we use it
To confirm and deliver your order, to contact you about it, to handle warranty claims and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
Who receives it
Our order managers, courier services that deliver your parcel, and the messaging service we use to process orders (Telegram). Payment checks use public blockchain data.
Browser storage and third parties
The site stores your cart, language and currency choice in your browser (localStorage). Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. We do not use advertising cookies.
Retention and your rights
We keep order data for as long as needed for warranty and legal requirements. You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data by writing to info@hot-shop.org.
